Terms & Booking Conditions – House of Palm
- Non smoking Accomodation
No parties / events… - Guests are asked to avoid noise between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guest will be charged for its reservation within the 7 days preceding arrival.
- A security deposit of 1500 nis should be given on the arrival day. Of course the client will be fully refund at the end of its stay, if no damage has been reported.
- Guests are able to cancel for free until 7 days before arrival date. However, within the 7 days the client will be charged for its reservation.
- If the customer is Israeli, he will have to pay a VAT tax of 17%.
Foreign customers are not affected by taxes.
